Those who believe and do righteous deeds, from them We will remove all sin that may be in them, and We will reward them according to the best of their deeds
We have enjoined on humanity kindness to parents, but if either of them tries to force you to join in worship anything with Me of which you do not know, do not follow them. You all have to return to me, and I will tell you the truth of all that you did
Then there are some people who say, “We believe in God.” But when they suffer affliction in the cause of God, they perceive the human inflicted problem as if it were the punishment of God, and if help comes to you from your Lord, they are sure to say, “We were with you.” Does God not know best all that is in the heart of all creation
And the unbelievers say to those who believe, “Follow our way, and we will bear the consequences of your faults.” Never in the least will they bear their consequences, in fact they are liars
They will however, bear their own burdens, and share the burdens of others, and on the Day of Accountability they will be called to account for their lies
Indeed We sent Noah to his people, and he stayed among them a thousand years less fifty, but the flood overwhelmed them while they persisted in harmful deeds
“For you worship idols besides God, and you create falsehood. The things that you worship besides God has no power to give you sustenance. So seek sustenance from God, serve Him, and be grateful to Him. To Him will be your return

So nothing was the answer of Abraham’s people except that they said, “Slay him, or burn him.” But God saved him from the fire. Indeed in this are signs for people who believe
And he said, “You have taken for worship idols besides God, out of mutual love and regard between yourselves in this life, but on the Day of Accountability you will disown and curse each other, and your abode will be the ?re, and you will have none to help you.”

To the Madyan people We sent their brother Shu’aib, then he said, “O my people, serve God, and anticipate the Last Day, nor do wrong on the earth, as those do who are corrupt.”
Remember also the ‘Ad and the Thamud people. Clearly there, their fate will appear to you from the traces of their buildings. Satan made their deeds alluring to them, and kept them back from the path, though they were gifted with intelligence and skill
Remember also Qarun, Pharaoh, and Haman. There came to them Moses with clear signs, but they behaved with insolence on the earth, yet they could not overreach Us

And do not dispute with the people of the Book, except with what is best, unless it is with those of them who inflict wrong. Instead say, “We believe in the revelation which has come down to us, and in that which came down to you. Our God and your God is one, and it is to Him we bow.”
And you were not able to recite a book before this, nor are you able to transcribe it with your right hand. In that case indeed, they would have doubted
And is it not enough for them that we have sent down to you the Book that is rehearsed to them? Indeed, in it is a mercy and a reminder to those who believe
Say, “Enough is God for a witness between you and me. He knows what is in the heavens and on earth, and it is those who believe in vanities and reject God who will perish
