Verse 1 — Surah Abasa 80:1
He frowned and turned away
Verse 2 — Surah Abasa 80:2
When the blind one came to him
Verse 3 — Surah Abasa 80:3
And what makes you know, perhaps he is seeking to purify
Verse 4 — Surah Abasa 80:4
Or to remember, so the remembrance will benefit him
Verse 5 — Surah Abasa 80:5
As for the one who was rich
Verse 6 — Surah Abasa 80:6
You were addressing yourself to him
Verse 7 — Surah Abasa 80:7
And why does it concern you that he does not want to purify
Verse 8 — Surah Abasa 80:8
And as for the one who came to you seeking
Verse 9 — Surah Abasa 80:9
While he was fearful
Verse 10 — Surah Abasa 80:10
You were too pre-occupied for him
Verse 11 — Surah Abasa 80:11
No, this is but a reminder
Verse 12 — Surah Abasa 80:12
For whoever wills to remember
Verse 13 — Surah Abasa 80:13
In records which are honourable
Verse 14 — Surah Abasa 80:14
Raised and pure
Verse 15 — Surah Abasa 80:15
By the hands of scribes
Verse 16 — Surah Abasa 80:16
Honourable and righteous
Verse 17 — Surah Abasa 80:17
Mankind is killed for his rejection
Verse 18 — Surah Abasa 80:18
From what did He create him
Verse 19 — Surah Abasa 80:19
From a seed He created him and moulded him
Verse 20 — Surah Abasa 80:20
Then the path He made easy for him
Verse 21 — Surah Abasa 80:21
Then He made him die and buried him
Verse 22 — Surah Abasa 80:22
Then if He wishes He resurrects him
Verse 23 — Surah Abasa 80:23
Alas, when what has been ordained is complete
Verse 24 — Surah Abasa 80:24
Let man look to his provisions
Verse 25 — Surah Abasa 80:25
We have poured the water abundantly
Verse 26 — Surah Abasa 80:26
Then We cracked the land with cracks
Verse 27 — Surah Abasa 80:27
And We made grow in it seeds
Verse 28 — Surah Abasa 80:28
And grapes and pasture
Verse 29 — Surah Abasa 80:29
And olives and palm trees
Verse 30 — Surah Abasa 80:30
And gardens in variety
Verse 31 — Surah Abasa 80:31
And fruits and vegetables
Verse 32 — Surah Abasa 80:32
An offering to you and your livestock
Verse 33 — Surah Abasa 80:33
So when the screaming shout comes
Verse 34 — Surah Abasa 80:34
The Day when a person will run from his brother
Verse 35 — Surah Abasa 80:35
And his mother and father
Verse 36 — Surah Abasa 80:36
And his mate and children
Verse 37 — Surah Abasa 80:37
For every person on that Day is a matter that concerns him
Verse 38 — Surah Abasa 80:38
Faces on that Day which are openly displayed
Verse 39 — Surah Abasa 80:39
Laughing and seeking good news
Verse 40 — Surah Abasa 80:40
And faces on that Day with dust on them
Verse 41 — Surah Abasa 80:41
Being burdened by remorse
Verse 42 — Surah Abasa 80:42
Those are the rejecters, the wicked
