Verse 1 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:1
When the sky is rent asunder
Verse 2 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:2
and hearkens to its Lord, as it must
Verse 3 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:3
and when the earth is leveled out
Verse 4 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:4
and casts out all what it contains, and becomes empty
Verse 5 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:5
and hearkens to its Lord, as it must
Verse 6 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:6
O humans, you are toiling towards your Lord, and you will surely meet Him
Verse 7 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:7
Whoever is given his Record in his right hand
Verse 8 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:8
he will have an easy reckoning
Verse 9 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:9
and he will return to his people joyfully
Verse 10 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:10
But whoever is given his Record from behind his back
Verse 11 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:11
he will call out for destruction
Verse 12 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:12
and he will enter the Blazing Fire
Verse 13 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:13
Indeed, he used to live among his people joyfully
Verse 14 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:14
and he thought that he would never return [to Allah]
Verse 15 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:15
Indeed he will! His Lord was always watching him
Verse 16 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:16
Indeed, I swear by the twilight
Verse 17 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:17
and by the night and what it covers
Verse 18 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:18
and by the moon when it becomes full
Verse 19 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:19
You will surely pass from one stage to another
Verse 20 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:20
Then what is the matter with them that they do not believe
Verse 21 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:21
and when the Qur’an is recited to them, they do not prostrate
Verse 22 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:22
Rather, the disbelievers persist in denying it
Verse 23 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:23
but Allah knows best whatever they harbor in their hearts
Verse 24 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:24
So give them the tidings of a painful punishment
Verse 25 — Surah Al-Inshiqaq 84:25
But those who believe and do righteous deeds will have a never-ending reward
